Compact 4- & 6-Cylinder Registration

I have read the rules and accept the decision of the JUDGES as final and elect to use the fairgrounds and track in its present condition. I agree to have my car at the race area at least 2 hours prior to the start of the event for inspection OR I will be ineligible to participate.

I hereby agree, by and between me and The Sullivan County Agricultural Society (Sullivan County Fair Association), to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and assume any costs for defense or liability imposed upon the Owner herein from any and all claims or demands made upon said Owner in any way growing out of the said Contestant's use of the fairgrounds and buildings or in any way related to the Sullivan County Agricultural Society.

It is further expressed, understood by and between the parties of this covenant, that the decision to indemnify and hold harmless by the Contestant to the Owner is made knowingly and voluntarily.
