  1. Major Exhibits by granges or similar organizations should contribute to a better understanding of agriculture or agribusiness, either through their educational value or their promotion of products.
  2. Exhibits will be in the Hart Building. Setup will be on Sunday 1 pm until 6 pm and Monday from 12 noon until 7 pm.
  3. Size of exhibit: Grange 8 ft. wide, 3 ft. deep, up to 6 ft. high. All others will be 3 ft. deep 6 ft. wide and up to 6 ft. high.

Scoring Points
Attracts AttentionUse of color, motion, light, figures. While attention getting is important, the reaction should be favorable.?Unfavorable attention defeats its purpose.20
Arouses InterestEncourages additional study. Personal appeal to the type of viewer for whom the exhibit was designed.10
Conveys MessageThe message should be understandable to the viewer for whom the exhibit was designed.10
DesignElements of the exhibit should be pleasingly placed to give a sense of unity to the whole. The message should?be a part of the design and not something apparently added as an afterthought. Simplicity is the key here.20
WorkmanshipNeat, well-constructed for the purpose. This does not imply that expensive materials be used.10
